Sorry, mrsonde, but one's own observations count. (On top of the stats I've read.)
Farage was the go-to UKIP mouthpiece long after he stepped down, repeatedly.
I don't know what era you're talking about re the C4 series.

Has he gone again? The Phantom Raspberry-Blower? I have visions of poor Aqua's wife. Stadning behind him, rolling pin in hand. A great big fat bruiser, she is. "You can make one post, and make it fuckin quick, then you can get back in your hutch." Just a vision. Might be worng. She might be sweet, and long-suffering. "Pleease don't rise to that awful sonde character, dearest, he's the lowest of the low, and he stirs the servants up so. Do come back to bed." Spot on. Pistols at dawn.

Sorry, mrsonde, but one's own observations count. (On top of the stats I've read.) You can call me Nick, old chap. Or arsehole, it's all the same to me. He became so. And quite rightly. I made it quite clear. Late nineties, early noughties. My missus is in bed, but I think that's right.

Careful, she's still behind you!

I don't think she's ever behind me.
Those rolling pins are most effective when in your face.

I don't think she's ever behind me. Show her the Rocky films, over and over, til she gets her place. That's why you're so reluctant to show yourself, eh? A bit of an elephant man by now? We don't care - we're used to Jean!

I would have thought in this week at least the BBC would make some effort to be balanced on the Brexit issue. But, yet again, QT has only one Brexit voter on a panel of five - and in Dartford of all places! Even Daily Politics and This Week can't manage a balanced guest list - it's always two against one, and even poor Portillo is so pained by this utter betrayal that he's given up, and says if this is the alternative it's probably better we just remain.
