Keeping on saying things are 'scares' when you have no science to support it doesn't make it so. I'm surprised you didn't include opinion pieces from your fave blogs as 'evidence'.
Setting your fantasies aside, do you have any real 'scares' you can support with evidence?

Lazarus, you yourself introduced most of these scares here or previously on the BBC radio 4 boards. Don't you recognise them? They were all debunked one way or another. There is NOTHING in mainstream climatology that has reached the heady heights of being "axiomatic" i.e. uncontested. Welcome to the real world of extreme "uncertainty". Not even “an objective probabilistic estimate of uncertainty in future climate" courtesy of Ensembles is going to fix the big hole in current mainstream climate science, lazarus. ensembles-eu.metoffice.com/docs/ensembles_brochure0805.pdf

Lazarus, you yourself introduced most of these scares here or previously on the BBC radio 4 boards. Don't you recognise them? They were all debunked one way or another. ALL my threads are based on credible links which I give. NONE use blogs. ALL go to the science either directly or can be followed through an article. Nothing I have posted has EVER been debunked - if it was it would be a major news story - as in most cases the laws of physics would have altered and scientists have been seriously wrong. Just checked the BEEB - nothing.

lazarus, May i point to the ocean acidification scare story you posted: It was utterly de-bunked.

lazarus, May i point to the ocean acidification scare story you posted: It was utterly de-bunked. Debunked by what and by who? Are you saying it is utterly debunked because you keep lobsters? The oceans are becoming less alkaline (acidifying) because they are absorbing more CO2. This is an empirical fact, supported by many pieces of research. Even climate sceptics (wing nut excluded) accept this. You might as well insist that gravity doesn't exist. If you do have a serious debunking argument lets have it, otherwise ask for this thread to be reposted in the Humour section.
