I would normally find it unbelievable that the Government witholds legal advice concerning the most momentous decision we are to take in decades that will affect all our futures, but then I have looked aghast as this PM has kept her Cabinet in the dark, blindsided them, treated them with contempt, displayed the most unbelievable negotiation incompetence, lied to the British people, gives robotic answers to important questions- such that I now believe almost any calumny levelled against this extraordinary phenomenon of a woman
Would anyone like to give a defending case for her witholding such legal advice?

Simple question, simple answer.
If the advice supports the position she has taken, it can only strengthen her position to disclose it. Therefore we must conclude that the advice is contrary to her position, or so equivocal as to be an obvious waste of public money.
Thus failure to disclose is evidence of incompetence or malfeasance, and at least one head must roll.
