So, I'm very pleased that you get the point that Darwin's Theory of Evolution really does give proof that God really does exist! You do realize that you are quite, quite mad, don't you....?

It is so rewarding to see that Darwin can evoke such passion for and against today.
Faraday and Einstein (eg) for all their luminence don't seem to engender such passion.
Darwin's Theory is almost always referred to as a theory. You know - in need of proof, and that proofiness gets addressed at every doubt.
I ain't never heard a religion referred to as a theory. Absolutes and facts get attached to various flavours - all too often.
Religion is a belief system, science is a bunch of theories. So belief challenges belief, theory challenges theory. Spot the difference.
Hint - It is all in the words.

TO those that Darwin wasn't a proper scientist, the problem is they have heard of ONE thing (evolution, natural selection, maybe read the Origin of Species), and think that is it for poor ole Darwin.
Except we have a wealth of other stuff that he did.
He spent eight years working on the taxonomy of barnacles. As a group barnacles are rather weird and wonderful. He won the Royal Medal of the royal Society for his two volumes on barnacles.
Coral atolls: why the variety of shapes. Probably helped that he'd seen so many on the voyage of the Beagle.
Worms: not sexy, except he made careful study of how worms produce fertile soil, including a rather wonderful experiment. the book initially sold faster than the Origin.
The experiment was a large stone placed on the ground, and seeing how quickly it sank due to the action of worms.
If you look at his complete published works (available online), you'll see exactly how much his work encompassed.

@sta,
..... and in his nature studies, he proved the existence of God.
What a Guy!

..... and in his nature studies, he proved the existence of God. What a Guy! Oh, I get it! You are an atheist, trying to make theism look daft by putting up the most utterly ridiculous 'argument' possible.... ;D ;D ;D

Olmy, Not an atheist; my 'antlers' of belief have a practical benefit; It makes me attractive to the opposite sex!
