"the boring truth"
You really think that AGW is the "boring truth", Havelock?
I think it is an absolutely grotesque form of science "fiction". If icecaps melting and flooding New York ( as Hansen predicted would happen by YR2000 back in 1988) is your idea of "boring" then I am not surprised you find it so easy to swallow every scare story that comes along. You must lead an extraordinary life if climate apocalypse is the "boring" bit of it.
By the way what was your ID on the BBC science board? I'm dying to know and I bet several others are, too!
Mr Smith, to create italic script just click on modify, highlight the text you want in italics and click on the icon box above that contains the italic capital letter I (top row left). If you wish to use bold, click on the icon box with capital B in bold. Etc, etc, etc.
There'll be no holding him now!

Thanks Marchessa, I'm such a clot. Although I usually use quick reply with no such gizmo's.

If icecaps melting and flooding New York ( as Hansen predicted would happen by YR2000 back in 1988) Do you just make this stuff up yourself or are you just so gullible that you believe ill informed others? Can you provide any evidence, any link, quote, news article, with Hansen saying NY would be flooded by 2000? In fact I'd just be happy to know if you actually read this rubbish somewhere. I'd like to know what standard of information you are prepared to accept if it supports what you believe. Or did you just make that nonsense up yourself?
