A Forbush decrease follows the latest solar Coronal Mass Ejection. Will we see a reduction in cloudiness as cloud condensation nuclei due to galactic cosmic radiation are reduced because of the surging solar wind? This what the Svensmark hypothesis proposes. A surging solar wind tends to make it hotter on Earth, which helps disperse clouds.
But yes, comic rays have been said to help create clouds which is not surprising if you watch them go through a cloud chamber.
