It's an offshoot of alqaeda but not as acerbic.
Alkali Akbar means 'For god's sake calm down'.

You know, Stuart, I thought yesterday the smiley looked like one of the old film stereotype chinamen with the sanpan hats, hands up the sleeves and nodding heads. Administrators, for Fu Manchu's sake, please change it. ;D ;D ;D
Haha, I've only had 8 posts and I've got a karma of -1. ;D ;D ;D

Alkali , something that is less acid than water! There's truth in that. How much chemistry do you know abacus9900? Do you know about the dissociation of ions in water? That p means -log and H is the concentration of hydronium ions? Simply, ammonia and sodium bicarb are alkali, there are fewer hydronium (acid) ions in solution than hydroxyl (alkali) ions. In water, the hydronium and hydroxyl balance each other out and our tongue has evoved to taste this as no taste! Alkali solutions don't taste very nice. Many poisons in nature are called alkaloids because like alkali substances they're quite bitter to the tongue. Caustic soda, or sodium hydroxide is a very strong alkali salt. It burns as badly as acids. Listen, you can find all this on Wikipedia. They're quite good on chemistry. What do you need to know?
