Metropolitan Police Man charged with computer offences 25 August 2011 "Peter David Gibson, 22, a student, of Castleton Road, Hartlepool, Cleveland, has today, Thursday 25 August, been charged with conspiracy to do an unauthorised act in relation to a computer, with intent to impair the operation of any computer or prevent or hinder access to any programme or data held in a computer or to impair the operation of any such programme or the reliability of such data - contrary to Sec 1(1) of the Criminal Law Act 1977. Press Association "Cases of hacking accused heard" "The case of two teenagers accused of hacking into websites including that of the UK's Serious Organised Crime Agency has been heard in court. Jake Davis, 18, and Ryan Cleary, 19, were not at Southwark Crown Court for the short hearing, but it is understood to be the first time their cases have been grouped together.
