Fantastic! I just watched a sparrowhawk bring down a small bird and then itself get attacked on the ground by a crow!
All from my attic window overlooking the park! I grabbed my binoculars, which I keep to hand on the window ledge, so was able to watch the sparrowhawk first fight off the crow then proceed to suffocate its prey and then fly off with it.
All in inner city Leeds. Exciting!

This is what vegetarians do not realise, that just about everything above plants lives by the death of other life.
If we all stopped eating meat today, they would start killing cows, sheep, etc and burying their carcasses tomorrow. Within a few years the only such animals left alive would be in zoos.
