On reflection I should have put that in the humour section.

I got a similar mailshot recently telling how I could build my own solar panels and windmill. Every cloud has its silver lining.

I am waiting for the one that details instructions on how to build my own nuclear fission reactor - plans for just $99. All that is needed is a set of hand tools.
And tolerant neighbours no doubt.

Hi Jonjel, Just catching up on posts. Now, as far as I can see from the link they imply that you can buy a whole vehicle full of batteries and an electric motor for 280 dollars (£170). I just checked out the cost of the ONE battery for my car = £75.00!!! Forget the fission reactor Jonjel, just put one of these on the back seat of the car and you'll never need to buy fuel again. I was waiting for the punchline. He sounded like Tom Lehrer!
And I loved the drawing board.
I have a guy in the next office who sometimes has a browse for stuff in our own field. The best ones are all from the US with cut down fire extinguishers cemented to half a car bonnet or something equally weird.
And they are so bloody proud of this junk!
