I've been catching up on the Lord Neil shows I missed while I was recently in Germany, and this one's an absolute gem. If you catched it, I'm sure you'd enjoy seeing it again! First, some background. Police are on the bolo for a man in a ginger wig, said to be the top hardened "enforcer" in Salford's new and rising gangland, after two hard-working public servants were thoroughly duffed up while going about their lawful business of bamboozling the public. One, an expert in paper-shuffling obfuscation and smugness, is still in critical care, his every internal organ reportedly battered to an even mushier pulp than normal for the mandarin class. The other, reportedly slapped about mercilessly, is a Labour spokeswoman, and so was released before it was realised that her injuries were not merely the result of the usual ugly-stick. From about 4:00 to about 16:00 - over ten minutes of brutal torture. Enjoy. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b09rcvxq/daily-politics-07022018
