The reaction of RT (the most useful aspect of having a State propaganda service like RT, or the BBC for that matter, is in having a direct insight into what the Establishment of that State is thinking, or wish us to think) to the Salisbury fall-out is fascinating. They're tying it into a supposed movement in the US (as evinced by the appointment of Bolton and Pompeo) against Iran - which they interpret as an aspect of the general plan of the overall America-Saudi-Israel "real Axis of Evil". Easily dismissed - except the writer/producer of the excellent "The Alternative History" emphatically agrees - which should give anyone pause for thought.
Personally, if the issue really is an underlying conflict between the American-Saudi-Israel alliance on one side, and the Russia-China-Iran-Hezbollah-Hamas-Houthi alliance on the other, I'm rather pleased someone like Trump rather than Obama or Hillary or god forbid Sanders is in power.

There is an eternal conflict between various middle eastern scum. Having nothing better to do, US and Russian presidents occasionally offer to "help" one side or the other in the hope of getting more votes at home. It doesn't matter which side you take, as Machiavelli explained.
