Scientists call for rationing in developed world
Global warming is now such a serious threat to mankind that climate change experts are calling for Second World War-style rationing in rich countries to bring down carbon emissions.

Or is this just a piece of scaremongering to make an impression of the other delegates at Cancun? It certainly won't make an impression anywhere else - except to make people fall about laughing!
And to try to make this "call" more respectable it is attributed to "scientists". The mind boggles. These propagandists have lost all claim to be considered "scientists".
