Is it just me, but do I smell a hint of collusion between the various states who have been embarrassed by Wikileaks in trying to nail and jail the source of the leaks?
I read that 'Secret' US files are available to read by, and I find this difficult to comprehend 2.5 million people!
I think that a colander with that many holes is pretty certain to leak, and if it is not the gent residing in a British jail then it is pretty soon going to be someone else.
And since the Wilikeaks founder seems to have more than one brain cell is it not pretty certain that he will simply have asked a mate to trigger the release of even more damaging material the moment he is dragged onto a US aircraft.

Personally, I think there is too much secret information held by various governments and government agencies held on the basis of 'national interest' because very often it is simply a means of keeping various nefarious activities on the part of these away from general inspection. Therefore, I'm not that bothered about the latest Wiki leaks if it might, in future, give cause to governments to think twice about the wisdom of some of their more questionable policies, particularly in regard to the Middle East.
