My dad just bought a different bottle of chillie sauce to our normal one. It had a wooden top instead of the usual plastic. This sparked off a debate about which kind of sauce bottle tops were better for the environment. I said that surely wood was better than plastic for landfill sites and my father said that if all of the plastic things that wood could be used instead of were replaced (by wood) then there would not be enough trees to meet the demand. I hate it when he's right.
Is he?

Not cork, no - see pic - it is "cholula" hot sauce. very nice too! Shame about the cork as don't a lot of wine experts say that plastic is better.
